Capecon Construction is a construction company specializing in various sectors of the construction industry. Based in Cape Town, we quickly expanded and opened up a Southern Cape division in 2020, thus cementing itself in the Western Cape as a leader in the construction sector.

Our scope includes construction of Healthcare Facilities, Industrial Developments, Commercial Properties, Residential Properties and Student Accommodation projects. We have the expertise and resources to successfully undertake any project ranging from R1million to R100million.

Our Board of Directors have a combined experience of 30 years in Residential construction and 15 years in the construction of Commercial, Industrial Healthcare facilities.

Capecon Construction was one of only 14 construction company representatives invited by the CIDB (Construction Industry Development Board) to participate in a pilot program to develop new CIDB Standards for a Construction Management System.

Since its inception, Capecon Construction has been known for delivering quality construction and Client service. Our Senior Management take a hands-on approach to all facets of the company administration and management of projects to ensure Client satisfaction.

We are supported by a team of extremely successful and professional Project Managers, Site Managers, Foreman, Quantity Surveyors and Administrative staff.
